My son felt that way when he finally had the  "what ever it took"  to get out of his oppessive job at a grocery chain.

Unfortunately his next go to job did not pan out, but he has a decent job, closer to home now and he seems happy. Even has bosses that will listen and try to help with issues.

You'll get there.
