Helping with some SOS bus stuff in the morning (SOS bus is a charity over here) before going on a date. It's our 6 month anniversary today so we're having a late-ish celebration. :)

Take my friend to her psych and doctor appointments. She has hurt her foot and so can't drive.
At 3pm I will be going to the gym to do cardio stuff and then weights.
