lots of fun stuff if the weather cooperates. If it doesn't, I shall be home in my pj's in front of the fire with a good book and a mug of hot chocolate. Probably with a blanket as well, and definitely a large 130+pound mutt who thinks she's a lapdog trying to lay on top of me to snuggle while I read.  :green:

I just had all that done on my truck in December.

Tomorrow I will be dropping off a friend, running an errand, catching up on tv and getting to bed early.  :hyke:

Work and study.

I have decided not to eat any food tomorrow, because I need to lose 10 lbs. Consequently, I will not be working out. I may eat 3-5 egg whites in order to get the bare minimum amount of protein required. I tend to have 1-2 fast days per week, along with 2-3 work out days.

I also need to finish an outline.
Every day, every year, I realize more and more how hard life is, how lonely things can be, how we're all just trying to make it. I hope people here can find the peace and acceptance they're seeking. Most people lashing out are just awkward kids shouting into the void; learn forigveness and let it pass. But if you need to shout, I think you should let it out, just remember we're all people with feelings.

Its working out okay. I want to speed it up by just not eating for at least a week, but if I break a long  fast I tend to binge eat, so I'm afraid of that happening.

I think I'll have the 25th & 26th as fast days, because today, the 24th, I have to work out my back and so I want to have enough protein floating around to make sure the muscles can rebuild.
