Load up my truck with 8 days worth of gear and a couple of buddies and drive 6 hours north for an 8-day field study course on natural resource law.  Camping for credit!

Chicken Tikka Masala, or Chicken Hydrabady. Still Haven't made up my mind.

Then go to a shop that sells lovely super hot spicy sauces.
