I'm not sure signing it Queen Victoria would help and I'm sure an American signature would be equally as effective.

I'm surprised to see this in Sweden. I always assume Scandinavia to be a pretty liberal place.

Yeah I can imagine some nutcase republican in tennessee or something trying to get something like this done, but you wouldn't think a western country would actually enforce  it
