Got just a few hours. Hoped to get four, but was interrupted somewhere in the night.

Still woke quite fresh and clear. Taking yesterday quite easy, to get rid of the overloaded mess in my head has done me well. And, attending a BD party in the evening did not undo it at all.

I slept for 10 hours.  Very rarely will I wake up feeling energized.  I'm not that type of a person, no matter how little or much I sleep.

Slept from 10:30 to 6:30.  Woke up still needing a little more sleep, but felt refreshed.  Managed to get some work done.  I'm sleepy enough now that I should sleep well tonight.

Probably got about 3 hours sleep as Ceilidh was in the hospital last night due to bipolar complications. She is home now though.
