I couldn't sleep until 3am, kept hearing noises. So I ended up having a bit of a sleep during the day today.

Although I didn't get to bed until a little after midnight, I slept soundly and  have a much brighter outlook on life and PA (meaning I'm not going to kill him today  :LOL:)

Great went to bed at 9 but was up at 11 and felt like I had an entire night of sleep stayed up till 2 then got up at 7 with what felt like yet another night of sleep :hyke:

On a scale from 1~7, with 4 in its centre and 1 being totally lousy and 7 the best possible, I'd give last night a.. 3/maybe 4. Had better nights.

Woke up half an hour ago. That's about a quarter to 2.. in the afternoon. Jeeh, what a bit of, previous day, socializing does to me.

Slept like a baby, as deep, I reckon. Still in a sleep rusty state now.

I slept 11 hours the night before and took a 2 and 1/2 hour nap yesterday.  Still managed to sleep 9 hours last night.  I think my body is telling me something.
