How well did you sleep last night?

Very, very well.  However, in the cat nap time between 6:30 (radio comes on) and 8:00 I had a nightmare involving

the PR,
a hair salon appt for her with a very weird staff meeting including a discussion of suicide prevention,
buying the PR a very used car there,
her running away into traffic and dropping things which I had to pick up,
the staff asking her to return a cassette tape from the meeting, 
me losing the keys to my car,
trying to figure out how to get two cars home (hair appointment was in a very distant location with fog in the area) (never did),
how to tell PA she had a rattletrap car when she can't drive
thankfully woke up.

I haven't. Every time my head hits the pillow I just start thinking about Kia. It still doesn't feel real. 

I really miss her. I just want my friend back. Even if the guy goes away for the rest of his life, it won't bring her back to us.

Somewhat short, and not relaxing at all.

Had this dream, being in a supermarket, much like the one we have in this village, but different. And I just could not get out. Never made it to the till, got stuck at the same weird isle again and again, they had carton boxes on display there. Never got the things I needed, and could not make it at the till either. And then there was this all over Christmas atmosphere too. 

Tiring dream.

Awful, about 4 hours. Partly my fault that I stayed up a bit late on the internet. But when I went to bed and tried to sleep, my thinking started happening in words which means I am not relaxed at all. Then as I was drifting off, the bloody smoke alarm in the hallway beeped very loudly for about 20 seconds which woke me up fully. I worried for ages about it happening again but it didn't. This happened last time my parents were on holidays as well.

Then I got woken up by the cats at ten to five wanting to be fed and let out.

If I don't post my last night's sleep experience just after I've woken up I kinda forget how the night was later on in the day but.. think I slept well last night.

The quality of my sleep wasn't that good half a year ago (earlier) but to rank it as of late.. it's pretty okay.

Wow, cat did let me sleep till 5:40 this morning. And, after feeding, he did not bother to wake me again. (Alarm was set at 6 today though, so, not that much time left for a snooze.)

Need to get my new bed here. That will make sleeping better.
