Setting my phone alarm is the last thing I do before I go to sleep. I've made it part of my routine.

A couple of weeks ago I set my alarm but didn't take it off silent.  I woke up on time anyway but it scared me enough to now always check the silent status.

I got bitten on the ear by something during the night. It's extremely itchy. Other than that, I had a good sleep.

I have both cats on my bed right now. I'm glad I have a double bed.
