I had to get up early to feed the cats and get ready for the gym. I don't like getting up early. Definitely going to sleep in tomorrow.

Slept until 2am. Both cats followed me into the toilet. I had hoped they would be asleep, but no.

Slept the rest of the night through.

Woke up at 4am in a panic about stuff I should have asked the ophthalmologist and what I have to do to prepare for surgery. It's all going to cost money and I'm afraid I'll end up in debt.

I don't know how I'll get back to sleep.

I was sick yesterday, threw up 3 times yet I still went to sleep with my abdomen being too sore.

For Sleep Apnea, it's an improvement... yet lately, I need to focus on better diet and eating regiments.
