Woke up after sleeping an hour and a half thinking it was time to get up then had a hard time falling back asleep

Us too. One of our neighbors who has dementia got out of his house and knocked on our door at three in the morning. Sugarbutt took him back home but there was no going back to sleep after that.

I'm also getting up every two hours to drink and the reason for that is that I have a dry mouth due to medication. That's the cause unfortunately.
