Didn't get to sleep until 6am. Ended up talking shit with people on voice chat on some random Discord server.

Woke up at 11, still feel tired. Aiming to not sleep early to ensure I can get my body clock back into sync.

I'd assume it would be but they weren't particularly interested in anything beyond confirming I won't die on them there and then. But I have felt better today so I'm hoping for the best.

I slept right through until 7am when I woke up with an aching bladder. And Mollie needed letting outside. I've been shutting my bedroom door at night so Liam and Kira don't bother me. So far it's working.
