I've given up attempting to fall back asleep after hearing a lot scream. Right now I feel like IBS_Impatience. (Not irritable bowel syndrome but rather it's bloody shit).

Pretty bad till 4am I woke up then fell back asleep around 430 till 6 and that hour and a half was great for some reason as satisfying as a whole nights sleep with good dreams and everything it was kinda odd

I had to take a pain pill for neck and shoulder pain. I woke up with it yesterday morning and took something then too. So I slept ok last night.
