I went to bed with a headache (I took some paracetamol for it), then couldn't sleep for a while because it was too hot. Then I slept well until 3am when a nerve in my arm started twitching. It's still doing it now and it's just past 6:30am.

Not well. I was up with the oldest pup at 2:45am. She has a vet appointment next week because I think she has an infected tooth.

Not all that well. I woke up sweaty because it was humid outside. So I randomly got up and cleaned the cat litter.
This has never happened before (getting up at 5am and deciding to clean litter) so it was odd in retrospect.
Maybe the current environment we find ourselves in has made me over-dilligent. I even wash the dishes every day now!

Anyway after I finished I went back to bed but couldn't fall asleep again.
