Not bad at all.
Dozed a little in front of a long movie we own, which helped, then down for the count after two AM. Only a slight awareness as my wife came to bed after her work.

Awoke a minute before my alarm went off. That is like back to normal.

Had a hard time getting my son to go to bed last night.

We watched "National Treasure" with Nicholas Cage. About average for a Nicholas Cage movie (it was a stinker). Then started watching "Da Vinci Code" but had to send him to bed less than halfway through.

I could see that he was disappointed. Afterwards I asked him if he wanted me to tell him the ending and he said yes. I explained that the real Holy Grail was the last direct descendant of Jesus, and he had already worked out who that was. Little smartypants, I had no idea until right at the end.

Up at 130 am,  230 am then again at 345 am when I gave up and went down to the livng room and watched tv till I fell asleep a half hour before I had to get up :zombiefuck:

My doctor was concerned about my sleep and prescribed sleeping pills. I have yet to pick them up.
