  I slept OK-ish but woke up promptly when the alarm went off and made it to work on time, so it's all good.  :thumbup:

I thought I slept we'll. but my wife told me this morning that I was crying like a bitch and pleading with someone not to hurt me.

Not well. I had to pee really bad and had a nightmare I couldn't find a clean working bathroom and later "woke up" to a wet bed. Then I woke up for real and was relieved to be lying in a dry bed.

I've been going to bed between 4am-9am for the last few weeks.

Except when i have a smoke before bed, then i can sleep for between 6-8 hours anytime!

I've been using the toking to reset my sleeping pattern periodically but am in desperate need of finding alternative arrangements!
