Not enough. Went to bed late and woke early.

Decently, as opposed to indecently.

Excellent.  A combination of physical exhaustion and staying up too late.

My sleep cycle is shot as of late. Asleep at 10pm. Awake at 4am.

Woke up early as PA and I went to the doctor for 9.  I'm going to go on Ambien for a bit to see if my sleep cycle straightens out.

Posting this on my phone so apologies for any mistakes.

Seems like a lot of, or even most auties/aspies have really unconventional sleep cycle. I am almost always awake at odd times at the night, I actually normally sleep so little that my old man often whines at me about it.

Although I sleep much better as a side effect of three of my meds, the chlormethiazole mainly, that stuff is a knockout in plastic-melting, minty, metallic diethyl ether stinking form:P A barbiturate binding site agonist for the GABAaR complex, old fashioned, highly dangerous in overdose just like the barbs are, yet for some reason not made almost obsolete as they largely were. I find it far better than benzos, sleep-wise, although it is more usually used for detoxing alcoholics, or for a sedative, surprisingly, in geriatric patients.

Works a treat for suppressing my myoclonus problem though, but it does make me sleepy, and it has some specific interactions with alcohol, in addition to the standard potentiation effect observed on the combination of multiple depressants, grossly increasing the half-life of chlormethiazole (I forget...or is it the other way around), although some recent reading on pubmed suggests it might, in those who continue to drink, but who don't have control issues with alcohol, who drink carefully, that it might well suppress hepatic injury via free-radical oxidative stress, as well as secretion of the proinflammatory cytokine TNF-alpha, via inhibition on one of the hepatic cytochrome P450 enzyme pathways.

Made for quite interesting bedtime reading.

I never have had any problems with drinking, aside from the odd hangover, and throwing up a few times, when I was younger, not even that in many years.

Being on clonidine and strong opioids generally adds quite a lot to the sedative effects, and I end up sleeping a lot, rather than being awake for days on end, then abruptly switching to sleeping for so long people end up checking I'm alive.

A far more convenient sleep cycle than that though. I don't mind being a bit sleepy, but sleep deprived/out cold for days resulting in waking up half starved having eaten nothing in days, is not pleasant.

:P any idea how much one needs a piss after drinking nothing but 2l bottles of coke for days....Not something one would want to find out.

Glad your feeling better miss K :)
