Wanted to sleep in but couldn't, I just lay awake until I thought I just may as well get up.

slept like a log last night without a sleeping pill but felt restless tonight, took one around 10... still restless though so its not helping i guess...

I can't and I even took Lunesta an hour ago. Anxiety. Stress. Depression. Should've taken Xanax instead to calm my anxiety.
