Fell asleep on the couch and slept deeply. Good rest.

This morning when she finished her breakfast, I looked to make sure she ate and everything was gone except for 1/3 of her pill sitting there nicely on display in the exact centre of her bowl. She's a bit passive aggressive.  :lol1:

The dog we had before the one we have now was clever doing this as well. We got about a week's worth of doses down him using trickery and concealment. I had to finally give up and force him to take them, every day. The pills were something he had to live with, since the medication controlled his seizures.
He eventually resolved himself to my gentle, stuff the pill down his throat and do not allow him to spit it out efforts.

He was an awesome little dog and I never thought I would say so about a chihuahua. But he was a tough, brave, protective little fellow with a lot of personality. I miss him.
Dogs simply make life better (for those of us who like sharing space with them).

Didn't sleep well. Hospital pup had me up at 3:30am with a desperate need to go outside and once I got up to let her out, I was wide awake. She's now snoring deeply beside me. Figures.  :P

Dogs are great, if you don't mind farting and snoring, and refusing to get off the couch. I figure if my pooch can tolerate me doing it I should reciprocate.  :lol1:

I didn't sleep well. Had to get up at the crack of arse to go get a few bits of shopping while the shop was still quiet and took me a while to get back to sleep, just before the alarm went off.

Not well. I woke up a lot.

Got up really early so I could be at the shops at 7:30am.

Made up for it by having an afternoon nap.

Slept OK but dog woke me up with insistent and enthusiastic licking of my neck, ear, and face. She made her point - I should get up already.

I slept really well. I don't remember most of the night so that's a good sign. I always seem to be somewhat aware when I'm sleeping.

It was meh. I sleep better during the days right now but that isn't an option.

Really rotten. Had a headache that didn't want to go away until I took some paracetamol, then it took me until after midnight to actually sleep because it was hot despite my fan.

Woke up at three because Liam was meowing in my face - he wanted dry food. Couldn't get to sleep again until 5am. Then the cats wanted to go out at 6am. I haven't slept since then. So I've gotten up and had breakfast so far.

We don't have internet at home as we believe that kids should sleep occasionally. I turn on my mobile hotspot and ration their access.

Last night I slept great. So great that I forgot to turn the hotspot off.

My daughter woke up at 3 pm. It is now 4:35 pm and my son is still asleep.
