Karma - who's fair?
« on: September 30, 2011, 04:02:42 AM »

I realise that i am lazy and forgetful when it comes to dishing out
the karma points.  I often think 'i should plus so and so for that' but
then get caught up in something else and forget about it.

I sometimes feel bad and have a little karma spree.  I like to think
i dish out karma points for good posts and not because i happen
to like someone.  I must admit that i have read many good posts
that i haven't plussed karma for,  and then if i can't find the post
i just plus the person on the first post i find made by them. :zombiefuck:

Methinks this is not good!

Just wonder how everyone else dishes it out?
blah blah blah

I find too often the posts that I agree with and think are sagely, I do not plus for though I should.
I am a reasonably active plusser I guess.
I have given about 5 or 6 negs since I have been here.
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

karma.  GA slipped me one.  (bad phrase) and so did scrap. :zoinks:

I've only given one negative karma point here, and she deserved it - Jack. :autism:

I plus posts I think are funny or unusual/interesting. I give negatives occasionally, like if someone says something that really irritates me or is just dead wrong or stupid.
You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.

Although I like folks here and read funny or sensible things here I keep forgetting to plus people for it. Guess it's not really in my system. (hope folks don't mind that much)

I plus a lot more then I negative.   It just doesn't seem to be worth it to me to minus someone.   :dunno:   I take the karma system with a grain of salt.  I like Jack's take on it!!!   8)

You have received 70 pages of  :plus:, and given out 74 pages.  Seems more than fair.

I don't karma as much as I should.  Prefer to knight someone on the head with a sword. :zombiefuck:

Karma isn't something to be taken seriously.

Occasionally, I like to stick with certain numbers (69, 420, 426, 666 etc...) but other than that it's nothing to worry about.

If I gave you negative karma, you probably said something I thought was stupid, or I was trying to keep you at a certain number.  >:D

 Are you still pissed at Soph and Bint? That was immature twatery on their part, but what is the point of concerning yourself with it now?

i've only given a handful of negative, when the person was really asking for it.

I only received 4 negatives - one from Lightfire ( I  was teasing him ) and the other 3 were scrap and soph fighting over what my number should be :D

I try to give + when something is funny or exceptionally insightful, but I often forget :S

I also give + when I want to reply to someones concern but don't feel it necessary to post it.
