he isnt, only me. hes making lame excuses when he can sense my irritation, "ill talk to the other guy too, some other time"
my cat is _extremely_ well behaved, and it pisses me off that he runs around chasing her and trying to scare her, when shes doing nothing wrong... he has NO clue what animals are like, and clearly he has NO reference to any other cat or pet.

so.. yeah.. ill see how this goes, i havent spoken to him again after threatening to not touch my cat. if he decides to make problems, ill have a chat w the landlord.

the landlord sighed and eyerolled last time i mentioned this guy, so hes well aware he is a pain in the ass. i just dont like to "cause trouble"... i allready feel like IM the one in trouble, for shooting my mouth off at him...

theres also the fact that i smoke weed and such... the landlord could just as well throw me out, if that comes up :I

but yeah, if he makes any further "veiled suggestions" to get rid of the cat, i have to let the landlord know.

maybe he is afraid your cat will become a host for a deer tick and carry disease into the apartment.
