I  had four yards delivered, by accident.    I fortunately have a  free surface to set it where we can spread it oiut as time allows.

Here are the ingrediants.

1. Tomato
1. Onion
A basket of pre-sliced jalepenos, (I'm guessing about 4-5 of them)
4. Avacados
1. Large can of red kidney beans

This bowl looks really small in the picture for some reason but its very big. This will feed me for about 1 week, and I usually have a glass of Ice Tea with it.  :)
