Made (yet another) chicken broth this morning, fed birds outside (twice), properly cleaned my bedroom and read some messages from some girls/women on a dating site. Um, joined that site just for fun but this (very very very social) spazz finds it hard to write something back most of time.

Worked. Bought some traps, some plastic containers, some clothes, and very nice cheese. Rearranged kitchen, putting the few items not in containers also in containers. Cleaned cupboards, left cotton balls with peppermint oil in the cupboards. No mice in the kitchen yet, but, if they do find their way there, there will be nothing for them to feast on.
Shoved around some other stuff too.
Got girls to bed. Told their father what time they will be with him tomorrow.
Oh, made a nice makeshift dinner too.

Slept in, got kids awake. Got them a good breakfast and finally, finally they left for a stay-over at their dad. Got groceries. Got the Washing-machine to do some white laundry. Slacked off. Called my brother. Set half of my mouse traps. Posted and read here a bit.
Time to get my lazy ass moving. I now have adapted to the girls being away. Better enjoy it, and  be productive on top of that.

Filling bin-liners, packing waste-paper. And filling a bag with stuff for my ex to sort and get rid off. Things are starting to look better on the attic.  :hyke:

Just watched Skyfall, finally. I think Daniel Craig was a lot better this time but the script sucked. The dialogue was pompous and poor.

I thought it was one of the better bond movies.  Could name several that were a lot worse.

Most of them suck, tbh, but this one was no good either. As far as the action goes, fine. The villain, fine. Bond, yeah, why not? He is almost killed, again, but sure, fine. But for crying out loud, who the fuck did the dialogue? What possessed you to write that shit?

Sort of like Bond as a grumpy old man but where do they go from here?

And it is inexcusable to blow up an Aston Martin.  :M

Drove boy to friends house.
Went for a walk in the cemetary.
Cooked.
Gathered up laundry and piled it in the laundry room, glared at broken washer, while hoping part ships fast.
Took apart laptop, all seems fine except the keyboard which is fucked, ordered another keyboard.

I assisted in conducting the judicial election today and so helped democracy progress with the aid of 3 other workers and 118 voters.  The next opportunity to assist is May 4.
