What have you done today? (Pt 2)

Got the door of the shower primed, and the door frame too. Should have done that way earlier. Even with just primer it looks so much better.
Girls were appalled at the change though. 
So, made up to them by letting them have a say on the adapting of the final coating. It will not be cream, but, cream with some pink/grey toning. Still very light, the way I want it. And, less boring than all cream, like they want it. They are now both content with the plan.

Will paint again tomorrow, and will do the heating radiator in the same colour as the door. The door frame will be cream white.

Took PA to get his driver's license renewed, b'fast out with him, laundry, grocery shop

Worked. Fed the family. Drove daughter back and forth to figure skating training.

Went to work. Finished installing exit lights in a hallway. Am mostly recovered from the cold and fever that was kicking my ass since Thursday.

Girlie and I worked at the store this morning.

That kitty is hella cute.  I kind of want her.

I friggin adore her. You pick her up and she pushes herself until she's right under your chin and then she has to give you lots of licks. Eventually she'll crawl up onto your shoulder and curl up around the back of your neck.

Too cute.  I have a thing for tuxedo kitties too.  Too bad so far away

  Tuxedo kitties are wonderful, they are my favorites too.

Usual morning stuff. Take kid to doctor, get her to school after that.
Cleaning, clearing, getting rid of waste paper.
Telling my washing machine to do a batch of laundry.
Grocery shopping for lunch.
Lunch.
Sanding, ammonia cleaning, painting, cleaning roller and brush.
Posting.

Now, it is time for tea, and then for hanging the washing.

Tidying up the family room
Put a fire on
Measured the front door because I need to replace the weather stripping
Got things set up for the girlie's arrival. Have her set up on the couch with pillows and blankets and whatnot
Cleaned the kitchen counters

Met with a possible new client. Reviewed a quote. Chased stylesheet and pipeline script bugs.
