I cooked Thanksgiving for dinner.  :orly: I had bought some smoked turkey legs over the holidays. I call them pterodactyl legs because they're ridiculously gargantuan.  :zoinks: We had two left, so I cooked them tonight with some greenbean casserole, mash potatoes and gravy, and cranberry sauce. Finally, all the extra holiday food is now gone, although it was so well received that my family said I'll have to do that again in a couple of months.  :lol1:

Today I got myself ready to go to the optometrist. I had to take my new frames there to get measurements. The New Zealand company who will be tinting my glasses and putting anti-reflective coating on them wouldn't do the work without these measurements.  So a lot of mailing back and forth has been done. After I got the new measurements, I paid the post office a visit to mail the frames back to the Irlen clinic in Bunbury who will then send them back to New Zealand. Then I wait.
