Woke up, checked the mail, had lunch, tried seeing if Louie needed to do his business, checked on my birds, now I'm doing my usual.

On my sister's advice (and against my better judgement) I followed up on the on-boarding email that UPS sent me.  Two of the tasks that were assigned to me were already a day overdue at the date and time that the email arrived in my in-box.  So.  I'm really not expecting much.  I told my sister I was going to apply to Fedex, since they're going to have the same kind of holiday rush going on

I tried to add a new bank account to my paypal but it refused to accept my current phone number as a valid method of verification.  I have no idea what that's about.  It would only accept my old cell number (which is defunct) or my parents' landline phone which can't receive texts anyway.

I don't understand why nothing works

I grocery shopped, fueled up the car, and paid the bills. :hadron: Everything is stocked and ready to go again. :woohoo:

got my results officially from the doctor, no signs of lymphoma and/or anything cancerous.. though they want me to be carefully monitored.

In other words, I'm a lab rat for the study of "possible" hereditary connections with MDS.

I'm going to ask a dumb question here: what's MDS?

That's an informative site, thank you.

It does say, however, that MDS isn't hereditary. But yours could be a special case.

Spent the day working.  Apart from a several hour long break in which I tried to either take a nap or wake up enough to get back on the road.  Which ended after I ate some beef hibachi

That's why I'm the lab rat (the study)

I'm so relieved, Genesis.

I did my Saturday housework and cleaned the cars. :hadron: It's been a little over a month since I've done the cars so they really needed it. Plus it's been several months since I wiped down the interior. I usually just vacuum and run a swiffer duster around in there and that's good enough most of the time, but today I did a deep clean on the inside. Today was also the fist time I used my pressure washer to wash the cars. I never did it before because setting it up and putting it away seemed like it would be more trouble than it was worth, when I could just quickly fill up a bucket instead. It worked well and I liked it, but I still haven't decided if it's better or not.  :dunno:

I cleaned and tidied in the shed. :hadron: I know I said before it was bottom priority, but that's why it was so bad in the first place.  :lol1: I also probably built it up in my head to be more monumental of a task than it is, but once I actually got moving it didn't seem so overwhelming. There's some stuff in there that needs to be thrown away but it's too big for the trash bin. I need to figure out what to do about that.  :dunno:
