Well, not all today, but about two months ago, before my wife got almost dead and survived, I had bought a pair of Lii Audio Open Back, F15 drivers to play with. I have not heard them before, but that is why I bought them.
No one can assess anything unless they have it in known circumstances and try it for themselves. We all know this.

I had glued up a sandwich of two thicknesses of plywood with an MDF core, making a 2 and 1/4 inch thick piece of stock, 42" tall and 32 inches wide with rounded sides and a big hole in the middle for the driver.
Not in the middle, but there is some Golden Section consideration at play here with the actual dimensions.
That is when my wife got so sick we almost lost her and she had to be hospitalized and monitored for a couple of weeks.
Surgery has happened, all the worst of that is over, so I am back to having a bit of time to play with wood.
It has been really cool mornings for the past few days and I have been out in my garage/shop working on building up some proper OB supports for these drivers.
Just finished the router work and it is time to make up the base for these baffles. I am close to being able to hear these drivers for the first time.
So, back to work.
