Worked with my client sorting his paperwork and didn't finish. Will next time.

Came home and had 2 Chiko rolls for lunch. Have to go to work in 45 minutes. Better bring the bins in.

Worked - well, spent the day in meetings - then drove family to and from various destinations, walked the dog, and had another meeting with my fellow conference organisers.

Visited my friend in hospital. More like a hotel than a psych ward. But this time she hasn't self harmed and so will be focusing on her actual problems instead of wound care. Which I think is a good thing. She ordered lunch for both of us which was nice.

The whole Salvos and cleaning job thing. The Salvos want me to volunteer more hours, especially Saturday but I can't. I don't think I'm physically able to.
