Today I went to the beach with my friend. We weren't there for long, she fell in a rock pool and cut her leg open. I thought I'd have to help her up but there was just no way. She's obese and I would have hurt myself if I tried. So it took a good five minutes for her to stand up again. Lucky I had brought a towel with me so we could dry her off and bind her leg. Never seen anyone bleed so much from a small cut. Good thing it was me who drove us there so I could drive her home.

Had breakfast with my Great Aunts and Uncles. Went to another Great Aunt's funeral. Had lunch at the church. Now tuked into bed at the hotel and very happy that it's quiet.

Worked. Cooked dinner. Walked the dogs (we have an extra one visiting). Picked up my daughter in the city after her night out with her friends.

Met my support worker and went through a whole bunch of mental health stuff. I have a Coke No Sugar addiction that I'm not going to do anything about. I think that's funny. It's my vice. I don't care about the chemicals.
