Changed the time on I2, for me, matching daylight savings time.

Housekeeping, while blasting the Clash, wearing a pair of flannel pj trousers, my giraffe nightshirt and a woolen throw over.

Had a great day.  It was teacher training and the urchin was home.

We made a little shack in the garden using  "wattle and daub"
the urchin had a ball,  it was a really good day.

Baths were needed.

Went and voted in Western Australia's Senate election. Got some medication at the chemist and some groceries as well.

Fixed the van yet again
Went though some boxes from my father's condo
Sorted out my mechanics tool sets which were in disarray  getting everything back in the set it belongs in

I made coffee.

Scrubbed the green off the side of the house.
Scrubbed the back porch and siding.
Scrubbed the brick and cement in back.
Fixed the metal enclosing the bottom of the carport so that it looks like less of a train wreck.
Moved bricks, moved block.
Took out some trash to the curb.
Moved/divided 3 monster hosta plants.
Walked up and down the hill countless times.

This should be in the "you know you are getting old thread". It takes an older mindset, to be able to escape the hype of not wanting to miss any phonecall or tweet.

Almost got pulled down the hill while moving a very large rock. 
More yard work.
Went for a walk with the old man, found some old bottles...including a very nice old wine bottle.
Need to go back out and finish up some more yard work.

Got a fair few old bottles and stoneware jars and suchlike myself, dug up usually, out of old building wrecks, when the top layer of soil gets disturbed.

The iridescent glass they used to use looks pretty good, and the blue cobalt glass. I use some of the latter in the lab for reagent storage, just so long as its nothing that needs special storage precautions/won't corrode the glass itself.
