I just back from the hospital, from visiting my mother. They don't know what is wrong, but she doesn't have C.Diff
So, Its not a bacteria infection. but something is making her large intestine bleed. I am worried, If my mother dies I am going to have a flip out.  :(

For you
and for her
Thank you your majesty. what was explained to me was I guess you can get literal shit stuck in your bowls, and it can stay there for awhile, get dis-logged and some how create an infection because the lining to your intestines is thin.
She is fine now and back to being the princes and the pea, :blonde:

I hope your surgery goes well QV. What did the docs say about the outlook ?
And I hope your not in too much pain and that you can make them give you something good in the way of analgesics. Knee injuries fucking suck arse. I've had problems with mine since I was in my really early teens now; they originally thought I had osgood-schlatter's disease, but this is almost exclusively either a childhood or sporting injury that is self-limiting in almost all cases.

Certainly doesn't need pieces of bone removed from the knee joint, or sharp shards of it taking out either :P

Do you have a date for your surgery yet queen V?  I hope it goes alright and that you don't end up with some hack sawbones that should have been made to train on a few pork pies first, and, being unable to tell either their patient from a meatball won't leave you with neuropathic pain like they did me.

And secondly; hopefully your guy/girl (s) will be able to tell the difference between their arseholes and their elbows :P

Lestat - I have double-jointed knees, fingers, elbows and hips.  (That's why I'm such a great lover!).

Anyway, I have arthritis in the knee, but I fell on it a couple of months ago.  I've torn the mensicus in 2 places.  When I kneel at the wrong direction I get a hot electrical pain in the outside of my knee.  It only bothers me occasionally, but it's not going to heal on itself.  My surgery is the 24th, simply arthroscopy.  I'll be walking on it the next day.  The doctor is recommended by my GP, who I trust.  He doesn't have as much sense of humour as PA's ankle doctor (same practice), but I'm working on him.  Can't stand a sour doctor.  Thanks for asking.

I don't know what it's called, but I de-seeded 2 pomegranates today.  Bought 5 on a ridiculously low markdown (about 90% off).  I only have 3 left to do.  I'm going to freeze the seeds and throw them in muffins, oatmeal, etc.

Yuck! I   hate that electric shock type pain thats associated with neuropathy. And worse; neuropathic pain is a  real bitch to treat as standard painkillers (opioid types) are actually pretty piss poor at controlling it, even at  the dose of oxy I'm on, does very little unless injected IV.

Although recently I managed to persuade one of the docs at my practise to give me a rx for gabapentin, which has helped a ton in that respect.

Hows her ladyship the PR ? I wish her well :)

The PR is totally absorbed in her tablet, facebook and being some type of an editor for something on the web.  but she keeps on getting kicked off for breaking rules.  She doesn't know which rules she's broken, and I get to listen to the tears.  But she somehow gets back on and the sun shines on the empire again.

Don't they have a written list of rules somewhere?

If not then its their own fault if she steps on someone's toes as they shouldn't have put their feet in line with her boots without telling the PR they have done so.

And if there are no listed rules wherever she is doing whatever shes doing, then she needs to ask and find out what she is accused of doing.

I had a calm, focused, productive day at work, then returned home and wrestled my air conditioners out of
my windows, cleaned up the windowsills, ripped up the cardboard for the recycling, and put everything away neatly.

Got paid, went into town to visit the head shop. Picked up a couple of these new blended pills, mostly N-ethyl-5-APB, the middle quantity ingredient being methiopropamine, the thienyl analog of meth, rather that  wasnt there but oh well, and a little of a psychedelic tryptamine, 5-methoxy-N,N-diallyltryptamine.

Not  bad. Guy threw in a free downpipe too when I picked up some of a smoking blend. Got a couple of crates of that carling citrus zest light lager on the way back. Bought the hunger games book and got its sequel discounted to a quid, not bad.

Emptied the van

Loaded the van
Went over a friends house to get some information on some old tools

Not much,
Bit of laundry, bit of grocery shopping, defrosting freezer, making food, and fiddle with the brakes on the bike (bicycle) of my kid a bit. They do function better now, but they should be a bit quicker.
Watched two older episodes of Bones too.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
