Woke up. Watched several shows off of the DVR, including Big Hero 6: The Series, Powerpuff Girls, and Space*Dandy.

Went to a meeting at landlord company about recovery college (for people who have experienced mental illness, their families, friends and carers) which is just starting up here based on UK examples.

I got a $25 food voucher and have already spent it. Tonight, Kayleigh and I had sausage sandwiches, heh. And Kira the kitten (he is getting to be a big kitten) had different food to what he usually gets.

Rushed to the doctor's office to get a medical clearance form for The PR to take a one hour lesson on bowling.  My fault it wasn't done sooner.  Awesome Doctor.

wrote checks, paid bills, cooked some biscuits, prepped my lunch for work, put aside reading material for breaks at work.

She needs a medical clearance form to go BOWLING? what in the name of the mother of purple furry flying fuck? I should have thought it would be well known by now, that she is not badly afflicted by bowling :D

She's as brilliant at it as she is a cutie, sorry, but I find the idea of her needing a medical certificate to go bowling for an hour so ridiculously insane as to be near comedic. That'd be like ebay demanding I fax them my medical history (or at least, a forged set of more or less  blank medical history given the bits falling off, etc.) before they let me buy a few liters of fuming sulfuric acid, no...before I could buy a rubber stopper for a flask and a couple of pipettes! Or someone demanding formal certification before I'm allowed to step foot in a lab...when the lab in question is  my OWN!
Beyond the pale. Way, way beyond the pale.

I agree it's stupid.  Most of the camps they run are for children and last for several weeks, so I can sort of tolerate the paperwork.  However I got a little nudge in by refusing to give them her insurance and medical information claiming that I would be there and would give that information to medical personnel if necessary.

Had another PT appointment for Dry Needling. It is interesting, to say the least.

Got a lot of work done. Mapping requirements to hazards and assessing risk. Super fun! ::)

Worked. Agreed to go into the office tomorrow for work that can only be done in a closed space, even though tomorrow is one of my telework days. I agree too much to help others and meet their needs with no reward or even a polite, "Thank you!" But i gotta be me. :dunno:

Went to an open mike poetry reading with Carla in Epsom NH.  The object was humor, so I read Robert E. Howard's "Bar by the side of the road."

Worked all day, then spent time at the railway station waiting for a train.

Took a nice walk and found an animal tail by the roadside.  Intact and looked like it had been "snipped" off.  It resembles a chipmunk tail, but is much larger.  About 7-8 inches or so.  I brought it home and put it on the back porch for future identification.

Might have been pinched off by a car,  when I was a kid one of our dogs like to chase the car and it tail got caught under the wheel and lost it.  I was less than five and remember seeing it in the street looking like a hot dog :zombiefuck:  The dog survived that encounter but was left with just a stubby tail
