Checked the picture formats of about a half a dozen digital films. Stupid digital projector got confused and I had to reboot it.

Get myself out of bed, and waking the oldest at 6:30. Only to find out she has the day off today ten minutes later.  :hahaha:

So, instead of waking her again, I told her to turn around for some more sleep.

Worked out.  Between a fractured foot and a torn muscle, I haven't exercised seriously in about 16 months, but I started again 10 days ago, and already my muscles have firmed up quite a bit and my metabolism has shot up.
