^ Um, should be off (by now) but there will be a chicken thigh (pre-marinaded), Chinese cabbage, carrot, onion, celery, leek, bean sprouts, garlic, ginger (not fresh) and some 5 spice sauce. With rice noodles..

Plus, homemade 'satésaus'..

Homemade saté sauce is the best. How far do you go with the home made? Once I heard someone proudly tell she made the saté sauce herself, and she meant she had added water to some Wijko paste and heated that.  :lol1:

I use peanutbutter for a base, not going as far as grinding the peanuts myself.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

Same here. I.e. Calvé peanut butter (with crunchy bits), a little bit of full fat milk, teaspoon of ginger juice and some sambal (oelek). Pan with handle.. on a low/slow heat warmed.

Wijko claims to be best but totally sucks, imo. Tastes off and yuck.

Yep, chomping at the bit to do more, like going back to yoga soon.  I have a follow up appointment on the 9th to see how it's going!   8)

Practiced driving with the son. Bought a NAS to back up my stuff. Made dinner (quite pleased with the results, actually).

Went shopping for car stuff, for washing and cleaning it mostly. Aiming to do it the proper amateur detailer's way, so can't just use any old shit.
Drove south a bit and went for a walk but it was too hot and funnily enough zero breeze, even though I was walking along the estuary.
Cruised around, then went home for a nap.
Went to the supermarket to pick up a few extra things.
Came home, cooked dinner and drank.

New car yay!!!

I made cevapcici, serving it with pita bread, salad and a nice strong sauce. Yummy.

That last line made me smile; coming at the end of so many other things it sounded tired and pissed-off!
