Not much yet. Woke up, had coffee and browsed the net, briefly.

Got up, woke kid, washed myself, had breakfast with kid. Wrote emails. Called school. Tucked nauseous kid in on the couch for another hour.

Me too.  I'm back to work today after a weekend off.  Got to ease into it.  :P

Finally caught up on work so I have the day off!

Made breakfast for Py (she was patient about going rock climbing), made hash browns and tea for myself (banana/chocolate orange smoothie is in the works), planned dinner for the next two days - today it's minecraft sushi and tomorrow a small turkey dinner. For some reason turkey is really cheap here - you can get parts (:P) for $3. Hm, that seriously came out wrong.

I also managed to get the keyboard on my new computer working and came up with a really good reason to procrastinate repairing Py's Samsung syncmaster monitor - I need soldering practice.

Waited, waited, waited. At least, it feels like that was all I did today.
Also went to the GP. I'm giving in, will start antibiotics soon.

Decided on my word for February, grocery shopped, made some meals, tracked some expenses, just the usual stuff.

Woke up, walked dog, went to work, had some discussions around the theme of radical politics and trans stuff, now I'm waiting to catch a bus home.

Good day :)
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Forget practicality, or your experience....can you just....imagine?

It's there. It always was.

Decided on my word for February,

What's the word?

January's word is Honesty - primarily about myself
February's word will be Gratitude - primarily about my home.  (What chores am I going to do to show my gratitude in having my house?  I'm pretty much a lazy slob, and want to get better.)
