Worked a legal clinic for the poor and indigent last night.  Had five clients and I think I helped them all out quite a bit.

Took some quality stuff that Amber and I discarded to a local thrift store that doles out the profits of the month to 3 selected non-profits each month.  This store really has some nice finds in it.  Fabulous Finds in Kittery Maine.  Worth the shopping stop if your ever in the area.   8)

Also brought a pile of scrap metal crap to the metals recycling place in Berwick Maine.  I think of Parts every time I go there!   ;)

Spent about 4.5 hours in an attic where it was 120F(48.8C) blowing in insulation only climbed out once to take a break because I knew I would not want to go back up there if I went out again

Browsed this place while having coffee.

Took Amber to work, picked up Carla's bike from the bicycle shop.

Measured a new commercial building and  a three story mansion built in 1900 in a historical district near Yale where the people are spending tons to restore it to close to the original look

This morning? Browsed this place and had coffee.

Last night, which is technically today: reinstalled the new laptop.

Drove back from my inlaw's from a whirlwind weekend of barn(s) and house cleaning to get them ready for their upcoming move.  Drove down the AssPike and my ass is sore.

The wood building is beautiful.

Got up at 6am
Got some wood from where the town had cut some trees to try out the hewing hatchet I just finished restoring

Thanks, guys. I will post more as the "disassembly" continues on the old eighteen hundreds era woodbuilt silo.

Got a further on track with the small garden of mine.
Had neglected it, so every week I work in it, till the green bin is filled to the max, and then I have to quit. Neglect was partly due to my former neighbours, who had not done a thing about their side of the hedge for a year. Took me and new neighbour five weeks to discard all that came off the back hedge alone, to bring it back to a reasonable height.
Gardens here are small. There is no space far away from a house. A big bonfire was not an option.
But, the bulk of all neglect and delay has now been dealt with. Bin will be emptied tomorrow. Time to start with the second clipping of the hedges at the front of the house. And time to order sand, to repair my sunken paving.

My new neighbour is as old-fashioned as I am. We tackle our hedges without power-tools. The rest of the street will be amazed to see that he is as bonkers as I am. (For over fifteen years several "neighbours" offered me the use of their power tools, every time I clipped my hedge.)
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

Watered our tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs, shopped for groceries, bought some new sneakers, walked 3 miles, did laundry.....

Saw a family of foxes. I haven't seen a living fox in years, the ones I have seen are lying dead at the sides of roads.

Three grocery stores, one thrift store, bank, gassed up the carriage, got the PR's state ID and handicap parking tag renewed, picked up and dropped off friend who had oil changed, late b/fast with same, went to plumber and paid for yesterday's work.
