Got up, fed cats, got them outside. Waited for kids to get themselves out of bed. Knitted a bit, took it all apart again when I realised it could be done better. Started again.
"Breakfast" with the ladies. Went for a walk with the youngest, and made bread with her too. Did some dishes, made and had dinner. Knitted a bit. Read some bedtime stories to youngest.

Drove Amber to a jobs fair.  Went looking for sea glass while I waited.  Shopped.

Looked at a house that is only six years old but has so many problems I don't know how they ever passed any inspections, I spent an hour just making a list on the stuff I could see in the attics I can't even imagine all the stuff that is already covered up

Got two kids to school. Got the trash outside. Cleared the livingroom a bit. Got the washing machine active for me. Had an appointment with someone, who arrived early (was effective). Wrote two emails to school. Went to the gym. Had coffee with the other people there afterwards. Now it is about time for lunch.

Went to the bank
Stopped by a friends house who I have not seen a awhile for coffee
Picked up an old lawn mower and water cooler than he was getting rid of
Went to the store and got some Coca Cola and stuffed cherry peppers
Picked up the girl from school

Hopefully effectively fixed my washing-machine with a crochet hook.
Got a dirty filter index, but there was barely anything to find in the filter. Had cleaned it not long ago. But in the pump I saw a bit of a rubber band. Pulled that towards me with a crochet hook and cut it off when it was clear I would not be able to pull it out completely. Hope the pump will now be able to mill the rest to pieces. For now, the machine is working again.

It is a bitch that the time you find out the washing machine does not work well, it almost always is filled with a load of wet, soapy washing.

Had a nice meet up with Parts in Portsmouth NH at the Congress Street Starbucks.  The second person I have ever met from an online forum.   8)   This one was much better, met Parts and his Missus.  Chatted and drank our coffee and tea for about an hour.  A lot in common.  Afterwards went to the Bookstore, bought some groceries and lunch.  Did my regular three mile walk to bring Carla her coffee and now home to keep up my fluid intake on a hot and humid, but, breezy day.
