Went shopping with youngest. Was fun, to the amazement of both of us. That a drizzle made the streets and shops fairly empty helped. And the one shop we had to go to was really pleasant. Pleased about that. Slowly finding ways and places to make former nearly impossible errands pleasant or at least very doable.

Dyed the hair of the youngest vampire red. Went for a walk with the oldest. And taught myself how to knit socks.

Found some lost paperwork for some services the PR may use.  I'd gone through every place in the apartment twice.  They were in the trunk of the car.  Go figure.

Did the weekly shopping.
Congratulated myself on not getting exhausted this week
Packed away the bits the won't be edible if they don't go in fridge right away.
Fell asleep for the next few hours.
woke up and posted here, still surrounded by carrier bags full of groceries.

Makes sense, keeping important paperwork in the one item you will take with you if you have to leave in case of an emergency.

Lucky I got up early because by 9am I had two tradesmen at the front door - one to schedule gutter cleaning for tomorrow and the other to install a smoke alarm. The smoke alarm guy was really nice and skilfully hinted that I should make him a cup of tea, which I did (and I had one myself).

Then I walked to the chemist to buy meds (running out of haloperidol and dexamphetamine) and got a cheap box of tissues while there.

Came home, went online, talked to Ceilidh until it was time to go to the gym. Spent an hour there then came home. Went on eBay to buy my sister some cat ornaments for her birthday.

Got two kids to school. YAY!!!

Wrote three emails to various people at school.

Bummed around a bit. Catered cats. Luna is healing nicely. Tidied a bit, way more to do. Knitted a bit. And took noon ritalin, so hoping to be more productive in the afternoon.
