I notice I need to rebuilt my entire muscular corset. Abs have taken a horrible leave, the past few weeks. My back is paying for it. Have to pick it up slowly. Not all has healed yet. So, a few mini diagonal crunches, some minor leg lifting, one by one. And then finding out that a mini regular crunch is not an option yet. Will go step by step, taking it a bit further every day.
