Dentist…fixing a crown. Sat 2-1/2 hours in that chair having my upper right back molar, aka #2, ground to reset it for a new crown. Crown broke in August of 2023.

Shopped groceries. Got rid of lots of garbage. Looked for a spare part for a faucet.

I went to my shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, I had to find some distilled water (because Sleep Apnea is my issue), now I'm enjoying some quiet time because my appointment with my therapist is next week.

Went to the gym (nice and cool there, felt like staying), bought a sandwich and petrol from the 7/11, picked up medication from the chemist, went home. Tried to call Mum but I got her voicemail.
