On the pedals. :zoinks:

The bike is pedal-assisted, so the motor only kicks in as I pedal. There's also a throttle but it is a 3rd party accessory, the original model does not come with one. I find the throttle handy for moving the bike every time I stop (to avoid wobble), but I rarely use it when I'm travelling unless I'm getting tired.

Folding takes getting used to, but the main reason why I got a folding bike is because it's lower than a typical mountain bike. I always had major problems with balance so the low height is quite handy.

I'm thinking of putting solar panels on it, for additional range.

I'm no environmentalist, I'm just too cheap for a car or motorbike. Petrol's gone through the roof these days.

Adam how good is the Pizza in the UK? I know its an odd question to ask, but only reason I am wondering is I tried Pizza in South Africa, just not in UK or France for that matter.... or the other places I been to.....
