According to the Enquirer, Rice confirmed the relationship to McGinniss.

Palin was 69'd by a black 6' 10" basketball player in '87. Well, I guess it means that no one will support Big Snatch Palin anymore.

I'd take anything the Enquirer had a hand in with a grain of salt.  What is frightening is that this promiscuity makes her seem potentially more presidential based on presidential behaviors.
