My issue with Goggle is that they've now made it bloaty like other search engines.

What happened to the plain simple "no fucking search previews" Google that everyone was raised to love?

You can turn that feature off. Go to your preferences, and turn off "Google Instant". Save your settings and now it won't give you "search previews" anymore.

Ok then , it would displease me as I find Google very helpful.

heres my main gripe:
i just want a search engine that is _litteral_, like in the old days.
if i enter "hat" i get "hat", not "hats" or "that" or "rat" or "cat"

That's unlikely to ever happen.

if i enter a sentence, "this is a sentence", i want to search _that_ sentence, not similar sentences.
i want the option to search _litteral_. google does not have that option. its all "diffuse" and "intuitive"
even using "advanced search" doesnt help, ive experienced getting _excluded words_, in the _first result_
if people mistype, then its their own fucking problem. if you "meant" "michael jackson" but searched for "muhcile ajkxoun" then you simply _do not deserve_ to get any search results :I

oh and theres of course the matter of monopolization, and other sneaky issues, that we're all okay with, because thats the spirit of today: wikileaks shows us a list of half a million documented atrocities, and we go " get a life julian", but then again thats nothing new. and i probably should shut my mouth, "get off my ass", and correct those atrocities myself.

I hardly think that was the overwhelming response to wikileaks.

And tbh if you consider these "atrocities" , you must live a very sheltered life.

Actually, the response to wikileaks was more like 'STFU Julian or we'll sue your ass'. I was happy for him, as I knew the assholes he was going after were paranoid bastards who needed taking down. What he did was chicken-feed compared to what govts are doing.

Anyway, google works for me, even if I have to search a bit. I tried looking for the ustream stuff with yahoo, and they didn't even recognise the link or keyword.

Jimmy hopkins, i was just bummed out. i know what you mean, but gah...
its like, once wikileaks published ALL those reports, my first thought is "OH MAAAN SHIT HIT THE FAAAN!", but then, as we know, nothing happens,
except... julian gets arrested for a double or triple rape, and for being lukes father, and for forging The One Ring,
and now he is in house arrest.

i was hoping for SOME accountability from the ones in question :/

2. i havent smoked pot in _a whole week_
