Most pharmacies carry peppermint oil capsules, which should help as mint is great for nausea, failing that if they aren't available wherever you are, search out some real mints, flavoured with actual mint oil, such as altoids and munch a few of those, should help.
Ginger as stated earlier should bring relief, or something like diphenhydramine or other sedating antihistamines. Candied ginger is really tasty, or brew tea from scraped up fresh ginger root.
