Much better.
Couldn't get a wink of sleep last night because I needed my meds, and because of the fucking PAIN.
Had my appointment with the docs, got my meds, and did the steroid shots then and there without my having to book another appointment. Hurt for about half to an hour after, from the big fucking turkey baster needle they use getting stuck into my joints.
The much finer one full of oxy soon put paid to that.
ATM I feel...relaxed, sleepy, and since I've had a few hours sleep, albeit sitting up at my computer, I feel somewhat refreshed.
Looking forward to curling up in a nice warm bed tonight and sleeping in, for a long, long time. Had to be up at 8am, at the docs by 8.30. And with no sleep whatsoever. I was bloody shattered, so tired my chest felt tight. I did eventually knock myself out for about half an hour last night with a large dose of clonidine.
Definitely feel better though, even though I haven't had a full deep sleep.
Still muscles a bit tense, though. Haven't taken any tizanidine as of yet (the muscle relaxant)
Forgot until this thread reminded; time to go do that now.
Also feeling fucking ravenous. Hardly eaten all today. Just bought a few snacks really, only just got paid and haven't gone and done a proper shop yet.
