^ Yes, I hope so. Well, the broth already simmered for p/m 50 minutes earlier and I 'peeled' off the best parts of the meat from the legs after that. Oh, of a free range chicken that is and that's now in a plastic box in my fridge to be used tomorrow. Threw the remaining bits back into the (big soup) pan to allow it to give off all it's good stuff, that.. along with all the herbs and vegetables too, to the broth overnight.
Bet I'll get into cooking a/o snacking mood in the early morning again and ja, who knows.. get myself, at least, a bowl of broth.
Am already feeling a tadski better..
