What a useless bitch. Muscle spasms suck. Just tell her to either be helpful, or go stick it up her arse and choke.

Me? hungry and sore. My hip is killing me. Got a double portion of king prawns in spicy black pepper sauce though which is good. Seriously damn fiery:)

Encouraged - did laundry and some other chores I was able to line through on my to do list, mailed cards to my dearest friend
Discouraged - My bone density is slightly worse, need to add Vitamin D3

Why, whats up hun?
Meh. I don't think I'll ever get used to finding out I've been lied to. I'm too honest for my own good. I need to let it go though. Doesn't do me any good to get upset about it.

I know what you mean. After living with The Bitch, my former housemate, and finding out all the shit she had done, stealing from me and the family etc.

Cow is lucky she got off as lightly as she did.

My muscle tension is through the roof this morning and stuff hurts; the 19-month-old injury to my gluteus is making me limp quite badly and I'm getting sharp pains in my back and neck that are probably from contracted muscle fibres being forcibly extended when I move around, or just plain contracting themselves too hard.  I took 400mg of ibuprofen, but I think that's just going to mean that I won't feel most of the damage that's occurring.

The muscle tension has continued to be a bastard today, and I just had a paralytic episode and spent a couple of hours lying on the concrete floor of the garage.  My mum came across me during it and was her usual helpful and supportive self; she rudely told me to get up several times, then went off in a huff, and once I'd recovered enough to be mobile again, she gave me a row about how I was a mental case and ruining her life and had to snap out of it and lovely things like that.  I'm not even pissed off at her this time; just a little disappointed that she's still in such deep denial about the physical reality of some of my problems.

Your mum pisses me off.   :thumbdn:

Don't know how to describe it, the feeling, I mean.. but I just woke up (p/m 6 AM) and I'm in that early morning mood. Lazy, carefree and ja, quite relaxed..

Homicidal ideation is much healthier.

It's sad that she is still in such deep denial, Peter.  Maybe she can't handle the truth, but it would be much better for you if she could.

I wish you could find out what's going on and that knowledge would help you figure out some way to manage it.  Lying on the floor for hours unable to move must be hell for you.
