my throat feels better, after my run erlier it felt like someone had stabed it with a knife, twisted it round four or five times, removed, rinsed, and repeated.

Were you running in very cold air?  Do you have asthma?  :orly:

how was your nap cbc? and no, my throat does this every time i run simply because im that out of shape. it also does not help the ammount of phlegm i was coughing up... spitting lougies out about the size of a sphere with the diameter of a quarter. good times

also had a bloodie nose when i woke up this morning and have no clue why

It was a good nap!  I hope your phlegm problem is gone soon, as for the nosebleed I have
a friend at work who woke up with one too.  Sometimes dry air (indoors or outdoors) is
all it takes to irritate the nose and cause a bleed.

i probably have nose cancer, i have had two nose bleeds in the last month and before that i have not had one in years.

I never had a nosebleed till about three years ago, now I get them every winter.

Talk to your doctor about the nose and throat stuff, but don't panic in the meantime.  8)

ill avoid my family doc thanks. aparantly shes lost her medical licence taken away four times.

How is it that she is still in practice then?  Why was her license suspended?  :orly:

no idea, for both

if theres bees in the trap im catching them, by the thorax and abdomen. and sanding there stingers down to a rough quill. then i dip em in ink and i scribble a bit, and if the wriggle than i tickle them until they hold still, let me say it again, in my land of pretend, i use bees as a mother fucking pen!

A blog post...

How are you feeling now?

If you are still suicidal maybe it would be wiser for you to go check yourself into a hospital rather than weaning yourself halfway off a mood stabilizer without a psych doctor's supervision because it has a rare side effect of suicidal ideation.

I think that not treating bipolar disorder has a much greater suicide risk for you than the 1 in 530 risk that one of your psych drugs will increase suicidal ideation.  Both of the medications say for you to call your doctor right away if you experience suicidal ideation.

Agreed. You need to handle this.

I'm not suicidal now, feel better now.

Maybe you should at least call your doctor to let him know about the suicidal thoughts you were having before and that your halved your medication because of it.

Very tired, kind a cold, and with a weird stomach. The latter, because of being really tired.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

Starting to feel I'm too old for film festivals.

Sinking feeling in the stomach because of car repair costs.  Just starting the repairs.

What all needs to be done and how much is it going to cost?

I know something like a rear main oil seal can be costly to replace because either the engine or transmission needs to come out to replace the seal which is between them.

Posted the costs and work so far in the What Have You Bought Lately thread.  My best guess is that they'll have to replace the alternator and power steering pump as well.  When a car gets 96,000+ miles with no engine work, you have to expect these costs, just not all at once.

I am feeling good because my previous post made my post count 12345.  Just paused a moment to enjoy and went on postwhoring.

Not to hijack the thread, but some choices I have made lately have brought me a lot of peace.  Some things that I didn't expect and that I thought would be real downers and aggravating turned out to be quite enlightening and liberating.  I won't pretend that a lot of mental and emotional work wasn't needed to get me to this point, but recent events are solidifying my new emotional state.
