my throat feels better, after my run erlier it felt like someone had stabed it with a knife, twisted it round four or five times, removed, rinsed, and repeated.

                                                         Zippo, Shotgun Surgeon.
if theres bees in the trap im catching them, by the thorax and abdomen. and sanding there stingers down to a rough quill. then i dip em in ink and i scribble a bit, and if the wriggle than i tickle them until they hold still, let me say it again, in my land of pretend, i use bees as a mother fucking pen!

how was your nap cbc? and no, my throat does this every time i run simply because im that out of shape. it also does not help the ammount of phlegm i was coughing up... spitting lougies out about the size of a sphere with the diameter of a quarter. good times

also had a bloodie nose when i woke up this morning and have no clue why

 It was a good nap!  I hope your phlegm problem is gone soon, as for the nosebleed I have
 a friend at work who woke up with one too.  Sometimes dry air (indoors or outdoors) is
 all it takes to irritate the nose and cause a bleed.

My sinus thingy is finally going away. 

It just clicked.  People put out their Christmas trees recently.  I'm allergic to pine trees.  Mystery solved.

Yeah.  I was confused because we put a used (from a neighbor) rug in the bedroom for PA's surgery.  I was thinking it was from that.  But I've been staying inside since Thursday, so the rug wasn't the trigger.

ill avoid my family doc thanks. aparantly shes lost her medical licence taken away four times.
