You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.
Shite.
Do you have one of those bugs that are going around?
my throat feels better, after my run erlier it felt like someone had stabed it with a knife, twisted it round four or five times, removed, rinsed, and repeated.

I hope your phlegm problem is gone soon, as for the nosebleed I have a friend at work who woke up with one too. Sometimes dry air (indoors or outdoors) is all it takes to irritate the nose and cause a bleed.

My sinus thingy is finally going away. It just clicked. People put out their Christmas trees recently. I'm allergic to pine trees. Mystery solved.

I never had a nosebleed till about three years ago, now I get them every winter. Talk to your doctor about the nose and throat stuff, but don't panic in the meantime.
